"Worth it when there’s a sale"
I usually hold off until bardot.com has a promo going, full price can feel a little steep. The discount code worked without any issues, though, and it definitely made the order feel worth it. The styles are really nice overall, I just wish they ran sales a bit more often.

"Found the dress I wanted in my size"
I was pleasantly surprised that the dress I had my eye on was actually still available in my size. I’ve had it happen too many times on other sites where something looks in stock, then it’s suddenly sold out at checkout. Ordering from bardot was easy, and the stock seemed up to date. I’d probably check there again if I was looking for something similar

"Easy checkout overall"
Checkout on bardot.com was straightforward. My cart was easy to review and the payment went through without any hassle. The only thing was that it took me a minute to properly spot the delivery options, which felt a bit avoidable, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I got my order confirmation right away, so overall it was a smooth experience and I’d use it again

"Fast shipping, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered from bardot.com and the package actually showed up way faster than I expected, which was great. Tracking worked fine and the delivery itself was hassle-free. The only thing is, when I had a quick question, I kind of felt dismissed rather than really helped. Still, the shipping side of things was solid.

"Actually really happy with the quality"
I ordered a dress from bardot and I was actually surprised by how nice the quality was. The fabric feels soft and not cheap at all, and the stitching looks really neat, which I always notice with dresses.
It fits true to size too, which is such a relief when buying clothes online. I’ve worn it a couple of times now and it still looks new after washing, so yeah, I’d actually buy from them again.

"Exchange was a little slow"
I did get the exchange handled in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but it definitely left me feeling a bit frustrated...

The dress showed up looking exactly like the photos, which was awesome. The sizing notes were really accurate too, so it fit pretty much how I expected. No weird surprises at all, super happy with it

The order was mostly correct, but one item was wrong. Not a huge deal, and my gut feeling is it was probably just a simple mix-up, but it was still a little disappointing.

"Took too long and the packaging was just okay"
I waited longer than I expected for this to arrive, which was frustrating. When it finally showed up, the box was a bit bent. Nothing too terrible, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"Finally, fabric that doesn’t feel like sandpaper"
I’m kind of tired of ordering stuff that looks cute online and then shows up feeling cheap and weird, so this was a nice surprise. The fabric is actually soft, feels good on, and doesn’t have that flimsy, bargain-bin texture. I’ve washed it twice already and it still looks totally fine, which apparently is too much to ask from half the clothes out there these days. Really happy with the quality.

"Pretty good for the price"
I ordered a dress from Bardot, I think sometime around late last month or maybe the start of this one, and I was happy with it when it arrived. The price felt fair, and the dress looked really close to the photos online. The material is decent too, not that cheap flimsy feel I’ve had from a few other sites. Delivery wasn’t super quick, maybe about a week or so, I can’t remember exactly, but it was fine. Overall, for what I paid, I think it was worth it and I’d probably order from them again.

"Return was surprisingly painless, but I was expecting hassle"
I had to send back a dress because the fit was off, and I was prepared for it to be annoying. Luckily, the return process was straightforward. The instructions made sense, the label worked without any issues, and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. I still wish the dress had fit in the first place, because returns are always a bit of a hassle, but at least I didn’t have to chase anyone down. I’d probably shop here again.
